Lot line adjustments (LLA) are sometimes needed when an addition or remodel requires more room to meet the required setbacks. This process can allow owners of adjoining parcels to adjust the line to meet setback requirements. TKM Land Surveyors has performed numerous lot line adjustments in the Bay Area. While each community has different requirements to complete and approve the LLA, TKM Land Surveyors will work closely with the City to ensure that the process moves ahead smoothly to final approval.
